Swampy The Smart Swamp Cooler

Our home came with a MasterCool MCP59 sold at Lowes. The MasterCool MCP59 is a slim-profile, window-mounted evaporative cooler (swamp cooler) designed to cool spaces up to around 2,000 sq ft. It runs on a 1/2 HP motor with 3 fan speeds, pushing up to roughly 4,000 to 5,900 CFM. Its a basic unit and doesn't have a thermostat or any other control systems other than on/off, fan speed and pump on/off. It comes with an IR remote, but the previous owner lost it. Lets give it a brain.
