General life updates

I have some general life updates and I've been so busy I haven't been blogging much (at all). At the end of March my Wife and I welcomed our first child into the world! A healthy baby girl. We don't plan on posting any pictures online, so you will have to take my word for it that she is absolutely adorable. Learning how to be parents has been (and continues to be) a journey. I built a number of 'family' apps since then including a photo sharing platform and baby tracker. It drives my wife a little crazy, but has been fun.

We also bought our first house and moved! We moved from Carson City Nevada to Stagecoach Nevada. Its on an acre of land and many many projects to keep us busy. It's been a little adjustment to living in rural Nevada, although we live in a small neighborhood. I plan on blogging about some of the projects including giving our evaporative cooler a brain. I also plan on starting a garden, although that might be next year, but getting things ready this year.

I think that is all for now. I am hoping to return to regular blogging now that things are settling a little.
